If you don’t feel that we provide the value we promised, you can cancel at any time. We do not refund the monies you have paid, but you are not obligated to pay us anything more. You can cancel for any reason or for no reason at all. All we require is that you discontinue using our marketing program, which is of no use to you anyhow. Why else would you cancel if the program is successful?

However, there is a flipside to this: We view our relationship as a partnership to build your business. We usually invest a lot in the surgeon we work with. If we do not feel that this investment is going to bear fruit, we have the right to cancel at any time as well. So far, we have not had this situation because we carefully select the surgeons we work with.
