They cant control what we do with them, so they wont accept being paid only when a patient books surgery.
First of all, most of our competitors dont work as broad as we do. They either provide leads, or train your staff on marketing, or help you to understand marketing.
We help you to substantially increase your lead flow, then make sure you dont lose contact wit those leads, and make sure most of them come for a consultation & ultimately book surgery. We also find those patients long before the competing surgeons know these patients are even in the market for a surgery.
One or two surgeries can pay for a year of leads coming from Locate-A-Doc or BI411.com. That is true. But, one surgery can pay for a $3000/month ad in a phone book as well, or a $5000 newspaper ad. Or, 10 surgeries can pay for a $50,000 series of ads on TV. Where do you stop? Every marketing dollar should be used as effectively as possible. Too many surgeons pay $300 to $500 a converted lead. Not you? Well, check your numbers. How many patients did contact you in 2005? How often did the phone ring? How many surgeries did you perform? How many originated from your large size phone book ad or newspaper ad. Look at the statistics from one of our client by clicking here. By the way, if you cant answer the questions above with data, you are not alone. Most of your colleagues dont look at these numbers.
We do not have competitors that work as we do. We work on all parts of the service-profit chain. Most of our competitors work on increasing your lead flow. Some work on helping you close business. But there is no other company helping you to generate leads when patients are early in their decision making process, guide them in making an educated choice and then defaulting to calling you for a consultation.
Increasing your revenue is a systematic process. First, we increase your lead flow, and increase the number of qualified consultations you have. Then we increase the closing rate from consultation to surgery and the referral rate from the performed surgeries.
